Billing and Cancellation Policy

Annual plan

The plan is $39 in US dollars per year, charged in advance and automatically renewed annually until canceled. There is no free trial and no automatic overage billing. Applicable taxes may be added.

Pages and page packs

Each contract year starts with 300 pages. Up to 100 unused annual pages roll over at renewal. A 100-page pack costs $5. Purchased pages stay available while the account is active and are not included in the rollover calculation.

Cancellation and recovery

Cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year. A 30-day recovery period follows: the number remains reserved, sending and receiving are blocked, and existing documents are read-only. Reactivation during recovery retains the number and restores remaining purchased pages.

Closure

After the recovery period, the number is released and fax documents are deleted. Refund rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.
