Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content and conduct

• Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, or discriminatory material
• Unsolicited advertising or fax campaigns that violate consent, do-not-call, TCPA, FCC, or other rules
• Malware, credential theft, impersonation, forged sender information, or interference with the service
• Content that infringes privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or other legal rights

Enforcement

We may block destinations or senders, limit features, preserve evidence, suspend service, or close an account when reasonably necessary to protect people, providers, or the platform or to comply with law.

Reporting

Report suspected abuse to info@panart.ee with the relevant number, time, and context. Do not send confidential fax contents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
