These terms form an agreement between you and PANART Marketing OÜ for use of Fax Without a Fax.

Service and eligibility

Fax Without a Fax provides a local US fax number and tools to send and receive faxes. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and use the service only for lawful business or personal purposes. The service does not include number porting, toll-free numbers, or a HIPAA offering.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for accurate account information, credential security, your users, fax destinations, uploaded documents, and all activity under your organization. Verify recipient numbers before sending.

Plan and renewal

The plan costs $39 in US dollars, is billed annually in advance, and renews automatically each year until canceled. It includes 300 combined pages and the limits described on the Pricing page. Taxes may apply.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, unsolicited, or rights-infringing communications. The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these terms.

Availability and delivery

Fax delivery depends on telecommunications networks, providers, recipient equipment, and accurate destination information. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or delivery to every destination.

Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access to protect the service, comply with law, address nonpayment, or investigate misuse. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid term. Recovery and deletion follow the Billing and Cancellation Policy.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. PANART Marketing OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This policy describes data handled by PANART Marketing OÜ when you use Fax Without a Fax.

Data we handle

We handle account and team details, authentication records, billing identifiers, assigned numbers, fax metadata, fax documents, delivery events, security logs, blocked senders, support messages, and technical request data.

Why we use it

We use data to provide and secure the service, process payments, route and deliver faxes, maintain page balances, answer support, meet legal obligations, and investigate abuse or failures.

Service providers

We use service providers for payments, telecommunications, email, hosting, and operational infrastructure. They receive only data needed for their role and operate under their own legal obligations and our contracts where applicable.

Retention

Fax documents are retained for 12 months after receipt or sending unless deleted earlier. Account, billing, security, and legal records may be retained longer when required. The Data Retention Policy provides operational detail.

Choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and may object to certain processing. Contact info@panart.ee. We may need to verify your identity.

International processing

PANART Marketing OÜ is based in Estonia and service providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Appropriate safeguards are used where required.
